  1. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • If the Course download link is not working and the issue is not resolved within 48 hours by our support team.
  • If the customer has made an accidental duplicate payment for the same product.

In such cases, please contact us through Email or WhatsApp within 24 hours and clearly explain your issue.
Approved refunds will be processed within 4–5 working days to the original source of payment.
